How can I return an item purchased online?

You can initiate a return by contacting our customer support or through our online returns portal. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for pickup from your address or guide you to drop it off at the nearest Blueexpress service point. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets the seller’s return policy.

Yes, you may cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery or process a return once you receive it. For quick assistance, reach out to our customer service team with your order details.

If you have a valid promo or discount code, you can apply it at checkout before completing your order. Make sure the code hasn’t expired and that it applies to the items in your cart. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
